Indonesian Butter Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 nice green onion
 - 8-10 pieces chicken cleaned and washed
 - 2-3 tablespoons of sweet soy sauce
 - 4 cloves of fresh garlic 1/4 cup of water
 - salt & sugar
 - 2 tablespoons of butter or even margarine
 
Instructions
- Crush garlic and mix with a little salt, then coat chicken
 - Heat the oil in a deep frying pan, fry the chicken until cooked, set aside
 - Meanwhile, crushed the other 2 cloves of garlic, make thin cut of the green onion, set aside
 - Heat the margarine, saute the crushed garlic, add in sweet soy sauce, stir well, if needed add in 1/4 cup of water.
 - Add in salt and a little bit of sugar, then add in the fried chickens, stir well.
 - Just before turning off the stove, add in the thinly cut of green onions.
 - Serve with hot rice, and chicken & corn soup!
