Everything changed when I packed a bag and travelled through over 10 incredible countries across Asia. From the street food stalls of Bangkok to the bustling night markets of Taipei, I tasted dishes that completely shifted the way I thought about flavor, culture, and comfort.

I didn’t grow up cooking, but after being exposed to so many bold, soulful, and deeply rooted cuisines, I had to learn. I wanted to recreate the joy, the spice, the warmth — right in my own kitchen.

This is why i created this website, a simple new age cooking & recipe website, fresh for 2026!
