Ingredients:
- 4 Australian Moreton Bay Bugs
- 2 mahi mahi fillets

Method:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season Moreton Bay Bugs and mahi mahi fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Grill Moreton Bay Bugs for 3-4 minutes per side, until cooked through. Remove from grill and set aside.
4. Grill mahi mahi fillets for 4-5 minutes per side, until cooked through. Remove from grill and let cool slightly.
5. In a blender, combine macadamia nuts, honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil. Blend until smooth.
6. Slice Moreton Bay Bugs and mahi mahi fillets into bite-sized pieces.

- 4 Moreton Bay Bugs, halved
- 2 mahi mahi fillets
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1/4 cup honey

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Method:
1. Preheat a barbecue grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a food processor, combine macadamia nuts, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth to create the macadamia puree. Set aside.
3. Drizzle olive oil over the Moreton Bay Bugs and mahi mahi fillets. Season with salt and pepper.

Ingredients:
- 2 Mahi Mahi fillets
- 4 Moreton Bay Bugs, halved
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mixed greens for serving
Instructions:
1. In a food processor, pulse macadamia nuts until finely chopped. Transfer to a bowl and mix in honey, Dijon mustard, and olive oil to make a dressing. Set aside.
2. Season Mahi Mahi fillets with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Sear Mahi Mahi fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
