Title: Spicy Chilli Mudcrab

Ingredients:
- 1 Queensland chilli mudcrab
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method:
1. Clean and prepare the mudcrab by removing the shell and cutting it into pieces.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the mudcrab pieces to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to turn red.
4. Add the red and green bell peppers to the pan and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour this sauce over the mudcrab and vegetables, stirring to combine.
6. Cover the pan and let the mudcrab simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
7. Once cooked, remove from heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving hot. Enjoy your spicy chilli mudcrab!

Ingredients:
- 2 Queensland Mudcrabs, cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 red chillies, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add the mudcrab pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the red chillies, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
5. Cover and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the mudcrab is cooked through.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.

Title: Coconut Curry Mudcrab

Ingredients:
- 2 Queensland chilli Mudcrabs
- 1 can of coconut milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons of curry powder
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Method:
1. Clean and cut the mudcrabs into pieces. Crack the claws and set aside.
2. In a large pot or wok, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
3. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Stir in the curry powder and turmeric powder, coating the onions and garlic.
5. Pour in the coconut milk and fish sauce, stirring well to combine. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.
6. Add the mudcrab pieces to the curry sauce, making sure they are fully coated.
7. Cover the pot and let the crab cook in the curry sauce for about 10-15 minutes, or until the crab is cooked through.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
