- 1 pack of har gow wrappers
- 1/2 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined

- Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1. In a food processor, pulse the shrimp until finely chopped.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, bamboo shoots, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Place a spoonful of the shrimp mixture onto a har gow wrapper. Fold the wrapper over the filling and pleat the edges to seal.
4. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
5. Place the har gow in a steamer lined with parchment paper and steam for 8-10 minutes, or until the wrappers are translucent and the filling is cooked through.

- 1 package of Har Gow wrappers

Step-by-step method:

- 1 tbsp finely minced ginger
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili paste (adjust to taste)
- 1 package of har gow wrappers
- Water for sealing

Method:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, scallions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili paste. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
2. Take a har gow wrapper and place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center.
