Ingredients:
- 3 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef

Method:

2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Place the bell peppers in a baking dish.
3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until the beef is browned and the onion is soft. Drain any excess grease.
4. Add the curry powder, coriander, cumin, turmeric, raisins, almonds, and chutney to the skillet. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. In a bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs. Pour this mixture into the skillet with the beef and stir until well combined.
6. Spoon the beef mixture into the bell peppers, filling them to the top.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the bell peppers are tender and the filling is set.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef

- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 cup chutney
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 2 slices of white bread, soaked in milk
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2. In a pan, cook the ground beef until browned. Add in the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
3. Stir in the curry powder, ginger, and turmeric, and cook for another minute.
4. Add in the chutney, raisins, almonds, and soaked bread. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
5. Beat one egg and mix it into the meat mixture.
6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
7. Roll out the puff pastry and cover the meat mixture in the baking dish. Cut off any excess pastry.
8. Beat the remaining egg and brush it over the pastry.
9. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.

- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup raisins

- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2. In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned. Add onions and garlic, cook until onions are translucent.
3. Squeeze excess milk from soaked bread and add to beef mixture. Stir in curry powder, apricot jam, vinegar, sugar, and raisins. Cook for 5 minutes.
4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Pour egg mixture over beef mixture in baking dish.
7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until eggs are set and golden brown on top.

- 1 cup milk

2. In a skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened. Add grated carrot and cook for 5 minutes.
3. Add cooked lentils, curry powder, apricot jam, vinegar, sugar, and raisins. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Pour egg mixture over lentil mixture in baking dish.
