Title: Spicy Korean Pork Dumplings
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup kimchi, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced

- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 package dumpling wrappers
- Vegetable oil, for frying

Method:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, kimchi, garlic, ginger, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
2. Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Dip your finger in water and run it along the edges of the wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half and press the edges together to seal the dumpling.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Place the dumplings in the skillet in a single layer, making sure they are not touching each other. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown.
4. Pour 1/4 cup of water into the skillet and cover with a lid. Steam the dumplings for 5-7 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup kimchi, finely chopped
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 pack dumpling wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Method:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, kimchi, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and garlic powder. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
2. Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of a dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and seal the dumpling. Continue until all the filling is used up.
3. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add a thin layer of vegetable oil. Once the oil is hot, place the dumplings in the pan in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd.
4. Cook the dumplings for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
5. Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and cover with a lid. Steam the dumplings for 5-7 minutes, or until the filling is cooked through.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, BBQ sauce, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
2. Take a spoonful of the pork mixture and place it in the center of a wonton wrapper. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and crimp the edges to seal the dumpling.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the dumplings in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
4. Cook the dumplings for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden and crispy. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your skillet.
