- 1 cup cooked shrimp
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, garlic, and red chili. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
2. Add bell pepper and carrot, continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until vegetables are slightly tender.
3. Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and add the cooked shrimp to the empty space. Cook for 2-3 minutes until shrimp is heated through.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

- 1 cup kimchi, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Method:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
2. Add chopped kimchi to the skillet and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
3. Stir in cooked jasmine rice, soy sauce, gochujang, and sesame oil. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
