Method:

Title: Ultimate Aussie Bangers and Mash Pie

Ingredients:
- 6 Aussie sausages (bangers)
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup beef or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/4 cup frozen peas

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large pot, boil the chopped potatoes until tender. Drain and mash the potatoes with milk, butter, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
3. In a separate skillet, cook the Aussie sausages over medium heat until browned on all sides. Remove from the skillet and slice them into bite-sized pieces.
4. In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion and garlic until softened. Sprinkle flour over the onions and cook for 1-2 minutes.
5. Slowly whisk in the beef or chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste until the gravy thickens. Add the sliced sausages and frozen peas, and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 8 Aussie sausage links
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 8 slider buns
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the Aussie sausage links on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
2. While the sausages are baking, place the diced potatoes in a pot of boiling water and cook until tender. Drain the potatoes and mash them with the milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. In a separate pan, sauté the sliced onions until translucent. Add the sliced mushrooms and garlic, and cook until the mushrooms are tender.
4. Sprinkle flour over the mushroom mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes. Slowly pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly until the gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
5. To assemble the sliders, slice the slider buns in half and spread a layer of mashed potatoes on the bottom bun.
