- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix together all the marinade ingredients.
2. Place the Picanha steak cubes in a large bowl and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best flavor.
