Ingredients:
- 6 bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice

6. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
8. Remove the foil, sprinkle grated cheese on top of each pepper, and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
