Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- Vegemite
- 2 slices of aussie bacon
- 2 eggs
- Butter

Method:
1. Toast the bread until golden brown.
2. Spread a thin layer of Vegemite on each slice of toast.
3. In a frying pan, cook the aussie bacon until crispy. Set aside.
4. In the same pan, fry the eggs to your liking (fried, poached, or scrambled).
5. Place the cooked bacon on top of the Vegemite toast.
6. Top each slice with a fried egg.

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of aussie bacon
- 2 eggs
- 2 slices of vegemite on toast
- 1 potato, boiled and mashed
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method:
1. In a skillet, cook the aussie bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, sauté the diced onion and red bell pepper until softened.
3. Add the mashed potato to the skillet and stir until well combined with the onion and red bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Create two wells in the potato mixture and crack an egg into each well.
5. Cover the skillet and cook until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
6. Toast the slices of vegemite on toast.
7. To serve, place a slice of vegemite on toast on a plate, top with the aussie bacon, and then the potato and egg mixture.

Ingredients:
- 4 slices Aussie bacon
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 4 tablespoons vegemite
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Place the bacon slices on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.
